Q: How does this work?

A: You subscribe each month for an Area, District or Sector, this then enables all arising Jobs and Leads created on Index Courier , to be sent direct to  you, giving you first option to accept the job or reject the job.

Q: What is the differance between Area, District and Sector?

A; Area is the complete post code so for example

you have all the jobs in that post code area eg

EH SE WV WS M TN 

District will give you all jobs in the post code district eg

WV12 TN4 ME16 B41 

Sector will give you jobs in your sector eg

WV12 5 SE5 6 M40 5 L4 6

Q: Can i start with an district memberships and upgrade later?

A: Yes you can start by subcribing to a District and upgrade, we will notify you if any one applys for a subcription above yours and give you first option to upgrade or remain with your current subsciption

Q: How does the payback work?

A: If you subscibe as a Area member you will get 10% payback from any jobs taken in your subscribed area, by any other courier 

the same applies as 5% for district subscribtion and 2% for your Sector membership.

Q: How are we notified about Jobs?

A: We notify by email , a list of both 

CONFIRMED and PRICE REQUESTED jobs will be sent

Q: Will there be a Directory?

A : Yes as a subcriber your Company will be listed in our Directory so  Customers can call you direct , if you sub oiut the job your paybay will still be paid.

Q: Can i cancell  my Subsciption anytime?

A : Yes simply send us an email and we will cancel your subscription
